Vanuatu campus extends enrolment to Francophone students

Prime Minister Edward Natapei said China will allocate 167 million vatu, or $1.5 million, for the program.

An agreement to confirm the funding was signed by Natapei and China’s Vice Minister of Commerce Vu Su Chung, Radio Vanuatu reports.

Natapei said Emalus Campus needed to extend courses to cater for French speaking students.

The Chinese delegation also handed over the air worthiness certificate of the third aircraft donated to the Vanuatu government.

Two of these planes arrived in Port Vila last month.
