A minivan rests on its side following a traffic accident Sunday morning on Middle Road in Garapan while some of the responding Department of Public Safety police officers direct traffic in the area. According to DPS, it was a “single vehicle accident.” The driver, who was believed to be using his cell phone prior to the crash, sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital, DPS said.
