Ishmael Imetengel was charged for attempting to assault Edwin Antonio.
A police affidavit submitted in court stated that the victim went to the Criminal Investigation Section on October 22, 2008 and reported that defendant assaulted him on October 13, 2008.The affidavit further stated that the incident happened on the PSS H. I. Remeliik.Further, the affidavit states that the incident occurred during the PSS H.I. Remeliik weeklong surveillance patrol of Palau’s Exclusive Economic Zone from October 9 through October 15, 2008.Imetengel appeared in court yesterday.His hearing is set for March 5 at 10 am.
