THE Rotary Club of Saipan will host a community “Egg-Stravaganza” Easter egg hunt for toddlers and children up to 13 years old at Sugar King Park on Saturday, April 9.
Rotary Club of Saipan Community Service Director Joann Aquino said there will be four age groups that will be hunting for eggs: infant (walking)/toddlers (one and two years), pre-school (three to five years old), elementary (six to 10 years old) and middle school (11 to 13 years old).
Aquino said they expect up to 500 participants as she urges everyone to continue practicing the 3 Ws: wash your hand, watch your distance and wear a mask.
There will be 3,000 plastic eggs filled with assorted toys, slime, candy, books and various other prizes.
In addition, there will be a gold, silver, bronze and rainbow egg for each age group.
Aquino said winners will receive cash awards, gift certificates and other prize items.
In addition, a jumbo stuffed bear will be given to the family that collects the most eggs.
After the egg-hunt, participants can proceed to the NMI Museum grounds to get free decorated Easter goody bags filled with snacks while supplies last.
There will be a photo booth with the Rotary Easter bunny mascot, live bunnies display, free bouncy houses/slides, face painting/body tattoos, and various food and non-food vendors.
Moreover, there will be an egg decorating contest for high school students, from Grades 9 to 12. Registration will be online at https://forms.gle/KzKfVDqYiznoc5PJ7
