Department of Public Safety spokeswoman Lei Ogumoro said police received a call at 6:04 a.m. on March 7 reporting the incident which occurred in Dandan.
“Responding police officers confirmed that a female juvenile was involved,” Ogumoro said.
She added that detectives are still working on the case and investigation is ongoing.
“DPS needs the help of the community in locating the perpetrator of this crime,” Ogumoro said.
