Letter to the Editor: To DPL legal counsel Braddock Huesman

Why were certain individuals (employees) given their walking papers instead of filing criminal charges against them for the illegal taking of homesteads?

Why was an employee transferred to a different government division after DPL Secretary John Del Rosario threatened termination?

Why was Jerome Aldan, former homestead administrator, transferred to the planning division?

Why was Jerome Aldan an internal notary public stamping and attesting to legal binding documents toward the issuance of illegal homestead transactions?

Why did Jerome Aldan quit DPL?

What happened to the ponding basin illegally converted into homesteads located in Standford SanVicente issued to two sisters?

What happened to the illegal land exchanges and short conveyances the secretary of DPL issued?

Why were Covenant constituents paid land compensations, while the secretary of DPL claimed that DPL had no jurisdiction over any land compensations?

Why did you ignore the fact that the secretary of DPL signed and authorized such illegal activities Mr. Huesman?

We ask you these questions as all documents we have uncovered have the secretary of DPL’s signature on them Mr. Huesman.

This is not a personal attack on you Mr. Huesman, but it is a matter of bringing out the TRUTH regarding illegal activities and why they were covered up.
