THE Northern Marianas Technical Institute will launch its new and improved website this Friday, May 13.
The website is powered by TurnKey Solutions.
NMTech will now have a more robust online presence to assist students with online applications, registration and available scholarship information, detailed descriptions on available services, and a section for frequently asked questions.
As the school’s efforts increase in partnering with various trades industries, they have also announced upcoming programs, such as the U.S. Coast Guard-certified maritime courses, cosmetology, baking and pastry, solar power generation, and food safety management.
When planning and coordination is complete, course information will be integrated into the new website.
NMTech is a post-secondary educational institute that is responsible for providing advance career, vocational, technical and trades programs that lead to endorsed certifications in the fields of automotive technology, culinary arts, hospitality and tourism; and nationally recognized certifications from the National Center for Construction Education and Research for construction-specific programs.
The school’s skills-building educational platform is said to be highly responsive to the needs of employment opportunities in entry level occupations in that certifications can be achieved at an accelerated rate through modular curricula.
NMTech welcomes and encourages all community members to visit them online at www.nmtechcnmi.org or in-person at their Lower Base campus.
