The deal between the Kitano Corp. and The Reddy Group was finalized and signed in Japan, a source told the Samoa Observer.
Mitsuhiko Yamagishi, manager of Kitano’s affiliated enterprises division, was not at liberty to disclose the sale price due to confidentiality issues, but he said: “Wishing that the hotel’s business goes on, we concluded that the hotel should be sold to someone who has good experience and reputation and willing to continue the hotel’s business. The Reddy Group is believed to be the best choice.”
