Knights’ David Kautz tied it, 56-56 six seconds to the buzzer and forced the game into over time.
Luther Taylor broke the tie with an easy lay up for the Eagles at the start of the over time but Knights Rodney Salas responded with one of his two free throw shots.
Max C. moved the Eagles two more points away for three-point advantage with an almost unchallenged fast break running jump shot.
The Knjghts and the Eagles battled for one-point as they traded two-pointers during the final minute of the game.
The Knights was in one-point advantage with eight seconds left when Max C. missed the two-point attempt.
But Angelo S. was in the right spot and became the hero of the game when he succeeded with a jump shot, picked a foul and basketed the free throw.
Nathan Chargaulaf fired two three-pointers.

Ada scattered 31 points to lift Lady Knights past Lady Eagles in the girls division that followed for their third street win. Aside from being able to make the best of her height, she also helped control the offense with rebounds, and tightened the defense with back court steals.
K Lebria scored 10 points and S. Manglona added five to help Lady Knights keep the double-digit distance.
