A total of fourteen (14) delegates and twenty four (24) staff of the House of Delegates were able to sign-in to take the flu vaccination shot. However, Minister of Health Dr. Stevenson Kuartei issued a directive to Immunization Program Coordinator Ingeang Rimirch on Thursday morning, advising that all government personnel working at the National Capitol Complex at Ngerulmud should take the flu shot just to be on the safe side.
House Speaker Noah Idechong, Vice Speaker Alexander Merep, Floor Leader Gibson Kanai, H&E Chairman Kalistus Ngirturong and all delegates and staff of the House of Delegates wish to thank Minister Kuartei and Ministry of Health Immunization Program officials for their immediate response to their request.
