The tournament will be on a double Peoria format. Fee is $30 per player, excluding the green fee of $30.
Registration starts at 9 a.m., and the tee time will be 10 a.m. Awards and banquet will be held right after the tournament and the venue will be announced later.
Cash prize will be awarded to the top five winners. A cash prize of $2,500 awaits winner of hole-in-one in Holes Nos. 12 and 14.
Skill challenge will be on Hole No. 14 and will be played for $10. The prize depends on the number of participants.
Closest to the pin will be contested on Hole Nos. 3, 7 and 12.
Mulligans are sold at $5 per piece but a maximum of two only.

The prize for hole-in-one is donated by Traders Insurance Company.
