DPS spokesman Eric F. David said during the 14-month period, four individuals were arrested for permitting prostitution, seven for promoting prostitution and 11 for prostitution.
David said the arrests were conducted by DPS and the Naval Criminal Investigative Services.
David said the four arrested for permitting prostitution were females.
Of the seven arrested for promoting prostitution, two were males and five were females.
Of the 11 arrested for prostitution, 10 were females and one was male.
He said except for one Palauan, all the individuals arrested were Chinese nationals.
