Sablan shot 1-under par 35 in the front and although he crawled a bit in the back nine firing 2-over par 38, he went deadlock with Tawanpiy who shot 4-over par 76.
Sablan beat the RGA March Ace and an eight-handicapper on score card playoff.
Jess I. Wabol finished even-par 72 and was in a three-way tie for the third that included Jesse Seman and JJ Atalig who also both netted 70.
Seman, a nine-handicapper finished 7-over par 79 while Atalig trimmed his 86 gross down to 70 with his 16 handicap.
Jojie Taguchi, a three-handicapper was 3-over par 75 settled for sixth place as he finished 72, and Bae Yong Man who, like Wabol is also a two-handicapper was 1-over par 37 in the back nine and finished 74.
Jordan Kosam who was 14-over par 72 also ended with 74 net but Man’s 3-over par 39 in the front nine was two strokes ahead in the score card playoff against him.
John Cepeda finished 75; Tim Taguchi, 76; Tars Olopai, 77; and Joe Wabol 84.
