Rota has a lot of college graduates and still generates less revenue compared to the island of Tinian. The Philippines has millions of college graduates and still most people live in poverty.
The notion that Galvin has is a case by case scenario. Any politician will target the most populated vote areas to get elected and that is PSS where majority of the votes are located. Galvin can trick a puppy, but not an old dog like TC!
The United States economy is down the drain. They have the best universities and colleges in the world and yet are experiencing their worst economic nightmare.
To fix the economy is to work harder and earn less. Use your scarce and limited resources wisely and carefully. I think Galvin can use my notion to fix the economy and for him to win this election!
