The Public School System leadership participated in a five-day professional development session from Feb.14 to 18 conducted by the Comprehensive Center Network’s Dr. Allison Layland, chief education strategist, and two of her colleagues from the Academic Development Institute. The PSS leadership reflected on their Strategic Plan Year 3 accomplishments, including actions and milestones completed, performance data and needed adjustments as well as a multi-year budget that will support the implementation of the PSS Strategic Plan. In addition, they learned how to add and edit milestones and actions in the SPM online platform.
