During the first presentation, a question on abusing public funds by government officials was raised.
The presenter said while there are procedures in place that might make it hard to abuse public funds, there is the concern of abusing government properties such as vehicles. He said this type of abuse is probably more rampant and thus enforcement mechanisms must prevent such problem.
During the presentation from the Department of Education, the youth asked question on the future of Yap High School which continues to face problems with increasing enrollment.
Both the director and her assistant said the matter is now under considerations as the department conducts its own assessment.
Questions on teacher evaluations by students and teacher salaries were also asked to which the department director responded.
In the afternoon, the youth painted two walls despite the light rain.
