THE Bayani or Heroes Association in cooperation with the LGBTQ+ Hairdressers of Saipan will offer free haircuts to the community on Sunday, April 3, 2022, at the Garapan Central Park Round House from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Bayani would like to thank the community for the success of the Queen of Drag 2022 Pageant held in February at Saipan World Resort.
“We are limited to 50 participants on a first come first serve basis, and we are still in a pandemic situation, so participants are required to show their vaccination card before they can avail of the services. We also offer blood sugar and blood pressure check. Please don’t eat or drink (except water) for 8 to 12 hours before the blood sugar and blood pressure check.
“We will also distribute free hand sanitizers courtesy of the Northern Marianas Coalition Against Domestic & Sexual Violence.”
The participating hairdressers are Patrick and Nestea of Jigz Barbershop & Beauty Salon, Cecile of Genoveva’s Hair Power, Aileen of BeYou tiful Salon, Shine & Joel of Gene’s Barbershop, Rica of Mary’s Salon, Joanne of Creative Salon, Edwin of SaLyn’s Beauty Salon, and Eydie Uy of Makeover Salon.
