Saipan Little League President Mike Borja said all team members, their coaches and managers are expected to attend the meeting at the Gilbert C. Ada Gym Pavillon at 6 p.m.
The CNMI Little League Majors All-Stars, Borja said are scheduled to leave on Saturday.
They will be joining five other teams in the Pool B that includes the teams from Philippines, Indonesia, Pakistan, Guam and Hong Kong.
In the Pool B are New Zealand, Singapore, Chinese Taipei, Thailand, Australia and Korea.
The 2009 CNMI Little League All-Stars are Alden Ngeskebei, Darion Jones, Frankie Lieto, Gayvan Uchau, Ian Rogolifoi, Jeremy Lizama, Jhace Palacios, Jonathan Cabrera, Jose Lizama Jr., Keene Deleon Guerrero, Khobby Kaipat, Kyle Hocog, Nathan Sablan and Raymond Saralu.
Their coach Randall Aguon, assistant coach Peter Tomokane and manager, Elmer Sablan.
