(SCC) — The Saipan Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce its 3rd Quarter Professional Development Training on Strategic Leadership & Effective Management, scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2025, at the Island Training Solutions Office, Suite 604, Marianas Business Plaza.
This interactive and empowering training will be led by James Arenovski, president of Island Training Solutions, and will draw on leadership principles from New York Times bestselling author Jeffrey Gitomer, with a focus on timeless strategies that resonate in today’s workplace.
Participants will explore Encouragement: The Lost Art of Leadership, the “Lead Simply” framework of Model – Connect – Involve, and the essential role of Emotional Intelligence for Leaders.
This session is ideal for supervisors, managers, department heads, and emerging leaders seeking to strengthen their leadership toolkit. Whether you are a seasoned leader or new to the role, this training serves as both a valuable refresher and an investment in your professional growth.
Two sessions are available: a morning session from 9 a.m. to 12: noon and an afternoon session from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Registration fees are $50 for Chamber members and $60 for future members, with a group discount of $5 off per registrant for groups of three or more. Each registration includes session admission, training materials, and light refreshments. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop or digital device for a more engaging, hands-on learning experience.
