Sgt. Michael Rafael identified the motorist as Rengiil Derbai.
Derbai was cited for DUI and reckless driving.Rafael said an unknown caller called police on Sunday at 1:56 am and reported a crash incident in front of Hawaiian Rock Quarry in Ngesaol.Police responded to the site and determined that the driver of the blue Nissan pickup was under the influence of alcohol.Initial investigation disclosed that the vehicle was coming from Airai and was on its way to Koror when it collided to a coconut tree.
