Tman was called to his eternal rest at his home at Luweach, Rull on July 12.
The State Leadership, including off-island guests, families, friends and members of the public assembled at Yap Legislature Chamber at 9:45 a.m. for the arrival of the Casket.
Police escorted his remains from the State Hospital to the Chamber.
