On Nov. 4, 2004 House Bill 14-270 was debated on the floor and was passed by a vote of 11 YES, 3 NO and 4 Abstentions approving the appropriation of $800,000 for Mr. Pellegrino.
H.B. 14-270 was then transmitted to the Senate.
Now who do you think is responsible for the $8.6 million delinquency owed to Mr. Pellegrino and MRC?
This serious and critical matter could have been prevented; instead it was shelved in the Senate. The public demands an answer senators.
The $800,000 initial payment plus $2.2 million offset settlement is now over $8 million.
Why? Please enlighten the public on this matter for as we speak the government is benefiting immensely from Mr. Pellegrino and MRC’s efforts in the development he built for the people of the commonwealth and now he is left with the short end of the shaft.
