Sgt. Michael Rafael identified the men as Jeffrey Ngiracheteng and Eric Klewei.
Rafael said the men were cited for drinking in front of an office which is also near the Ministry of Education building in Medalaii.Rafael said an unknown caller called police on Friday at 9:45 pm and reported a public drinking incident.Police responded to the site and apprehended Ngiracheteng and Klewei.The law prohibits anyone from drinking in a public place.The only place allowed for drinking is the bars and restaurant which has the license to sell alcohol and Rock Islands.
