Rafael said Mikel was pulled over by the police officers on Saturday morning in Medalaii.Rafael said Mikel was driving a vehicle when it over take an ambulance which was on emergency at that time.The ambulance was transporting a patient when Mikel’s vehicle passed.Mikel’s vehicle was pulled over in front of PHS gym in Madelaii at 4:40 am. Mikel was brought to the central station at once and a test was administered against him.Rafael said a 24-year-old motorist was also under investigation after he reportedly hit and run another vehicle on Saturday.The incident was reported to the police on Saturday at 3:55 pm in Malakal.The victim’s car was parked in front of Haiyung restaurant in Malakal when the suspect’s car hit the back.The suspect’s car fled at once after the incident.
