Pablo appeared in court on July 22 for bail hearing and was released from custody after posting $1,000 surety bond.The affidavit submitted in court stated that a search warrant was executed at the residence of Pablo in Airai on July 13 after authorities received information that Pablo possessed a rifle at his residence.The document stated that a confidential informant observed a rifle in Pablo’s residence.The document stated that during the search, authorities found a 30-30 caliber Winchester rifle at the living room and 30-30 ammunition was also recovered from the scene.
