It was held at the Yap Small Business Development Center.
Participants included FSM Supreme Court Chief Justice Andon L. Amaraich, Kosrae State Court Chief Justice Aliksa B. Aliksa, Pohnpei State Supreme Court Chief Justice Benjamin Rodriquez, Chuuk State Supreme Court Chief Justice Camillo Noket, and Yap State Court Chief Justice Cyprian Manmaw.
Also in attendance were associate justices, legal counselors, administrators, chief clerks and other judicial staff of the FSM Supreme Court and the four state courts.
One of the main topics of discussion was the FSM Judicial Education Development Plan.
A workshop was also conducted on alternate dispute resolution; case flow management; ethics; and tradition, customs and the rule of law.
