First, please note that my re-appointment was duly signed and approved by Governor Benigno R. Fitial on June 24, 2009.
Second, Article XV of our CNMI Constitution does not require that an appointee to this NMC Board has to receive the advice and consent of the Senate.
Given the above facts, the Fitial administration can say anything they wish to say but they cannot hide from the truths.
And one of the truths is that the failure of the Fitial Administration to properly transmit my appointment letters to the Northern Marianas College once signed and approved is a disturbing matter which could be best described as scandulous.
Furthermore, this brings up immediately to mind that this Administration is the most incompetent of all administrations and this election our people must stand up and be counted.
We simply cannot afford another four years of “pain and suffering” from this administration. And Saipan and its people are the victims of this incompetency that is so prevalent in this Fitial administration.
In the coming weeks, we intend to keep our people informed about this “failed” administration department by department.
