The victims here are the poor garment workers who never get their tax rebates and those who got only $6.
So who is telling the truth, the garment people or the government people?
This is unacceptable to those poor garment workers who are still waiting for their rebate checks.
My theory is some higher up bosses were paid off and they could care less about the poor workers.
Some people are lying and this is why the federal government want to clean up this mess because our local government cannot tell the truth.
Somebody better come up with the truth and stop the blame game on who owes who. Just pay the taxpayers their rebates and figure out what really happened to all the missing tax funds.
