(Commonwealth Utilities Corp.) — There will be a scheduled water service interruption on Friday, Feb. 11, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for customers in lower Dandan, Airport Road, Koblerville and portions of Kannat Tabla, As Lito and As Perdido — from Saint Jude Catholic Church to ABCD Market and Tottotville.
The scheduled water service interruption is necessary to allow CUC’s water operators to repair a six-inch transmission water line break near Islander Rent-a-Car (Marfega Building) along Chalan Tun Herman Pan Road. Water service to the affected areas is anticipated to be completed by 4:30 p.m. Customers are advised to allow one to two hours for the system pressure to stabilize.
For the safety of the men and women at the job site, motorists are advised to take alternative routes as a portion of the road will be closed for the duration of the leak repair.
