Superior Court Associate Judge Perry Inos sentenced on Wednesday Donny Swei to six months imprisonment, all suspended, except for 30 days.
He was also placed on six months supervised probation.
Assistant Public Defender Douglas Hartig represented Swei, while Assistant Attorney General Kevin Lynch served as the prosecutor.
Also on Wednesday, Inos sentenced Swei to six months imprisonment, all suspended, while placing him on six-month supervised probation.
Swei entered a guilty plea for theft in connection with the burglary at the former MGM Garment Factory in April 2009.
In the disturbing the peace case, Inos gave Swei credit for time already served.
Swei “shall write an apology letter to the victim,” Inos added.
Swei will pay a $200 fine as well as a $50 court assessment fee, and perform 100 hours of community service work.
The Office of the Adult probation will assess the probation service fee.
A review hearing was set for Dec. 30, 2009.
According to the AG’s office, Swei “did unlawfully and knowingly unreasonably disturb the peace of a person” on Sept. 28, 2008.
