The Saipan Unity Lions Club has accomplished another successful project. The activity was led by 1stVP Lion Lindie Mae Moleno and was coordinated by Service Chair Lion Joy Cause with support from the other club officers/members. In collaboration with Dr. Peter Brett and Nurse Manager Mary Quinn Rozkydal of the CHCC Oncology Center, SULC donated $500 cash and 40 gift packages of blankets and PPE. The donation is intended for older adolescents or young adults who are suffering from cancer on island. “I want to thank you and the Saipan Unity Lions Club for your generous donation of gift bags and money in support of our young patients with cancer,” Dr. Peter Brett said. “That was very thoughtful of you and your organization. Certainly our young patients with cancer need the extra help and support. And nice seeing your members show up at our office today in support of our patients, too.”
