Rizally Joson told the Variety that she did not expect to win anything.
“I only knew I won the grand prize — a ruby red Aspire laptop on Tuesday. When they called me last week, they just said I was one of the winners,” Joson said.
She said she dropped several entry forms and it was her first time to win in a raffle draw.
Coca-Cola Beverage Co. (Guam) and Micronesia Inc. operations manager Rusty M. Loyola said JJ Tenorio pulled out Joson’s entry during the grand raffle draw at Joeten Susupe on Friday last week.
“She sure is lucky because her entry was picked out as the 61st and the last winner,” Loyola said.
He said it was Coca-Cola’s first time to hold a Red Hot Summer promo here.
“We have several promotions each year, but this year, Coca-Cola celebrated Joeten’s 60th anniversary,” he said.
Five winners were drawn during each raffle draw.
For the duration of the 12-week promo, 60 lucky individuals won beach chairs, key chains, baseball caps and other Coca-Cola premium items.
The Red Hot Summer promo of the Coca-Cola was exclusive at all Joeten stores and at Price Costco to celebrate Joeten Enterprises’ 60th anniversary.
Every purchase of a 12-can pack or two 1.25-liter bottles of any Coca-Cola products from Joeten and Price Costco entitled customers to an entry form.
