PALIKIR, Pohnpei (FSM Information Services) — David W. Panuelo, president of the Federated States of Micronesia, on Monday wrote a letter to his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping.
Panuelo solicited China’s support to call for the Russian Federation’s withdrawal from, and cessation of hostilities in, Ukraine, and to put the world at large on a path to peace.
