(MVA) — The Marianas Visitors Authority’s newest board member is PMT General Manager Masaru Sunaga who was sworn in by Board Chairwoman Viola Alepuyo on Dec. 27, 2021 at the MVA office in San Jose, Saipan.
Sunaga, who succeeds recently retired Tasi Tours President Masato Tezuka on the MVA board, has 32 years experience working the tourism industry, including supervisory and managerial positions at JTB Group.
He is also president of Japan Saipan Travel Association and principal of the Japan Society School of Saipan.
