THE CNMI Covid-19 Task Force, the Commonwealth Healthcare Corp. and the Department of Fire and Emergency Medical Services are reminding the public that free Covid-19 antigen drive-thru tests are available at the Garapan, Kagman, and Susupe fire stations from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
The community-based testing initiative is strictly for surveillance purposes. No registration is needed. All ages can be tested.
To avail themselves of this testing, individuals will need to bring a physical identification document, or ID, with his/her full name and date of birth. A phone number may be requested for contact tracing purposes.
Covid-19 antigen test results will be available within 15 to 30 minutes.
Results do not come with official test result documentation, as this community-based testing is focused solely on Covid-19 surveillance.
This surveillance testing is not recommended for travel.
If an individual tests positive for Covid-19, s/he will be contacted by the CHCC Communicable Disease Investigation/Inspection Team for the next steps to begin isolation.
