Xtreme Fitness670 is grateful to their team, participants

XTREME Fitness670, headed by Zumba instructors Michelle M. Olita and Angelo Galfo, is honored to be included among the winners in the Best Zumba/Fitness Group category.

The Zumba enthusiasts at Xtreme Fitness670 host classes at the Mayor’s Office of Saipan in Oleai on Mondays and Wednesdays, and in Afetna in the K-Supermarket parking lot on Thursdays and Fridays. All classes start at 6:30 p.m. and last one hour.

Tinian is included in the mix, with classes taking place at Natibu from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturdays. On Sundays, class is held from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Jones Pavilion.

“It is an honor to be recognized among the best Zumba/fitness groups in the CNMI, especially considering Xtreme Fitness is only two years old,” said Olita. “This achievement serves as a testament to the dedication and hard work put in by our team.”

Olita especially mentioned Crisanta Brien and Jhoy Revilla as assistant coaches, together with Cristina Villas and Sarah Lee as lead shadowers.

Olita confirms that her group has the community in mind moving forward, with plans to stay as popular as ever with the island’s Zumba participants.

“Our plans are focused on maintaining and expanding our popularity by continuing to offer quality Zumba classes that are accessible to the community,” she said. “We aim to keep our classes engaging, diverse, and inclusive to cater to a wide range of individuals.”

Olita and Galfo are certified instructors, with licenses in Zumba Basic, Zumba Kids and Kids Jr., Zumba Gold (for individuals aged 50 and above), Zumba Gold Toning, Zumba Toning, Zumba Steps, Aqua Zumba, and Zumba Plate. They are also certified in Strong License, Weights, and Aqua Strong.

She invites the island to keep an eye on their social media, XTREME FITNESS670-A&M POWER DUO, on Facebook or to message (670) 588-5509 for updates.

Olita’s message to the CNMI is simple: “Prioritize your health and well-being by staying active, engaging in fitness activities such as Zumba, and connecting with the community for a healthier and happier lifestyle. Don’t wait any longer—come join us at Xtreme Fitness670 for free Zumba classes and take a step toward a healthier version of yourself. Everyone is welcome to participate, as we strive to support each other in overcoming challenges and becoming stronger together.

“Let’s move, dance, and enjoy ourselves while enhancing our physical and mental well-being. By doing so, we can create a new fitness-focused community and forge new friendships. Your ongoing support is greatly appreciated. Thank you.”
