(SCC) — With just two weeks remaining, the Saipan Chamber of Commerce is encouraging business owners, managers, and professionals to register for its first quarter professional development training focused on strengthening business resilience through strategic problem solving.
Designed to address today’s evolving economic challenges, this timely training will equip organizations with practical, results-driven tools to remain competitive and adaptable. Participants will gain actionable strategies to strengthen and retain customer relationships, sustain and grow their customer base during economic slowdowns, identify and address customer pain points, and improve workforce effectiveness by closing productivity gaps through clearer role alignment and accountability.
To accommodate participants’ schedules, two sessions will be offered on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, and Wednesday, March 18, 2026. Both sessions will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Island Training Solutions Office, Suite 604, Marianas Business Plaza.
The training will be facilitated by James T. Arenovski of Island Training Solutions, who will share practical, real-world strategies that businesses can immediately implement to improve performance, increase productivity, and strengthen long-term sustainability.
Registration fees are $50 for Saipan Chamber members and $60 for future members. Groups of three or more participants will receive a $5 discount per person. With limited seating available and strong interest expected, early registration is strongly encouraged.
