THE Marianas Alliance of Non-Governmental Organizations or MANGO and its federal partners are pleased to announce two free virtual webinars open to the CNMI public:
1) EEOC Webinar on Vaccine Accommodations, Retaliation, and Interface
Friday, Feb. 18, 2022, at 9 a.m., Chamorro Standard Time
The U.S Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is hosting a webinar that will provide a brief overview of the EEOC’s Guidance on Covid-19 and specifically reasonable accommodations as it relates to vaccine mandates. The webinar will also provide an overview of reasonable accommodations due to disability and/or religion, and an employee’s rights under the law. Finally, the webinar will explain that retaliation is prohibited against those who have requested accommodation and that an employer cannot interfere with the right to do so.

2) Grant Writing Training – ANA Pre-Application
Feb/ 23-25, 2022 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon CHST
The Administration for Native Americans is hosting a pre-application training that will go over the step-by-step process on how to submit an application, take a deep dive into the criteria details of what reviewers are looking for, and share tips on how to articulate the strengths of your community-based project effectively.
