MVA welcomes new, returning members for FY 2026

(MVA) — The Marianas Visitors Authority welcomes new and returning members for the new fiscal year beginning Oct. 1, 2025, as part of a group of tourism stakeholders adding their experience and expertise in driving the MVA’s mission forward.

Benefits of membership include: business listing on MVA’s language-specific websites in Korean, Japanese, and English; opportunities to promote The Marianas and the member’s business through travel and trade shows, sales seminars, and FAM tours; business brochure distribution at MVA offices in The Marianas, Korea, and Japan; detailed visitor data through monthly statistics reports; nomination and voting rights for the MVA Board of Directors; the opportunity to be a supplier or contractor for MVA; and the opportunity to serve on ad hoc committees such as Korea Ad Hoc, Japan Ad Hoc, and Destination Enhancement Ad Hoc. MVA also holds bi-annual membership meetings.

This year, MVA will also launch a special benefit for members focused on promoting local flavors and ingredients in island restaurants.

“In light of the downturn in tourism, MVA has been actively implementing strategies to rebuild and revitalize the industry, and our members are an essential part of those efforts,” said MVA Managing Director Jamika R. Taijeron. “The Marianas is facing significant challenges, but we are confident in our ability to overcome these obstacles by working together. Even now MVA is supporting the development of new tourist products, services, and experiences through our just-launched Mafuti Tank pitch competition, aiming at increasing visitor satisfaction. We are committed to restoring The Marianas as a premier travel destination and look forward to the positive impact our new and returning members will have on this journey.”

Businesses, organizations, and individuals are welcomed to join the state tourism agency for $100/year. Accounts can be registered and paid on MVA’s English website at www.mymarianas.com/, or you may visit the MVA office located at 3366 Beach Rd., Suite 101, I Liyan, Saipan.

Over 160 businesses and individuals have availed themselves of MVA membership this fiscal year. For more information, visit www.mymarianas.com or contact Community Projects Coordinator Jack Aranda at the MVA Membership Division at (670) 664-3210 or email communityprojects@mymarianas.com/.
