THE Saipan Chamber of Commerce presents the 2022 “Bowties & Diamonds” Business Person of the Year annual fundraiser gala on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2023 at the Hibiscus Hall, Crowne Plaza.
The gala serves as the chamber’s largest annual fundraiser for activities such as the scholarship program, online seminars, workforce development training, small business support, and more to benefit its membership and local community.
The event honors past Business Person of the Year recipients, current nominees, and the chamber board of directors.
The chamber will recognize and award the 2022 Business Person of the Year, the 2022 Small Business of the Year, the 2022 Start-up of the Year, the 2022 Nonprofit of the Year, and the 2022 Chamber Member of the Year.
Additionally, the event will celebrate the installation of the 2023 board of directors.
Nominees for the Business Person of the Year and SCC awards will be announced in the following weeks. The 2022 SCC award nominees are selected by members of the Saipan Chamber of Commerce and include both members and non-members alike. The winners of these awards will be voted on by the Saipan Chamber of Commerce membership official representatives.
