PO BOX 501055•SAIPAN•MP•96950 Phone: (1-670) 237-6500/1 Fax: (1-670) 234-5962 E-Mail Address: cpa.admin@pticom.com Website: https: www.cnmiports.com AMENDED Benjamin Taisacan Manglona International Airport “Retail Concession” CPA-RFP-005-23 Request for Proposals for: CPA Concession No. RCA-2022-01 The Commonwealth Ports Authority (“CPA” or “Authority”) is soliciting proposals for the award of one (1) concession granting the privilege to provide retail services to the traveling public at the Benjamin Taisacan Manglona International Airport (“Retail Concession”). The successful proposer will be expected to provide retail services in accordance with its concession and concession agreement at the Benjamin Taisacan Manglona International Airport for a period of Three (3) years upon entering into a concession agreement with the Authority. The date of issuance of CPA-RFP-005-23 is April 20, 2023, and it can be obtained at the issuing office: CPA Administration Office, Saipan International Airport, P.O. Box 501055, Saipan, MP 96950, Second floor of Arrival terminal at the Saipan International Airport or at the administration office at the Benjamin Taisacan Manglona International Airport. Proposals must be addressed to Commonwealth Ports Authority, Attn: Retail Concessions Evaluation Committee, CPA Administration Office, Saipan International Airport, P.O. Box 501055, Saipan, MP 96950; and submitted to and received by the CPA Administration Office (second floor of arrival terminal at the Saipan International Airport) by or before 12:00 p.m. (noon) on May 26, 2023, at which time the proposal period shall expire. Proposals must be accompanied with a non-refundable administrative fee of $50.00. Payment shall be made in cash, credit card, or cashier’s check payable to the Commonwealth Ports Authority to defray the costs associated with handling and considering the proposal. Proposals are not required to include a prepaid minimum concession fee. The Commonwealth Ports Authority reserves the right to cancel this RFP and to reject any and all proposals in accordance with its Concession Regulations (NMIAC Chapter 40-70). ___________________________________ CHRISTOPHER S.
