(Press Release) — The CNMI’s Tri-Agency partners consisting of the Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities, University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, and the Northern Marianas Protection & Advocacy Systems Inc. wish to inform the general public that we continue to make our respective services available to the public; however, we only do so within the scope and parameters of the governor’s directives regarding Covid-19 and subsequent preventative measures. 

As much as possible, please initiate contact with us remotely (via telephone, email, etc.) or adhere to general preventative measures as directed (including but not limited to wearing face masks and social distancing guidelines) when visiting any of our offices. 

Please note that currently the UCEDD office (located on the NMC campus) is not able to take walk-ins or accept visitors on-site until further notice; however, staff are available remotely via any of the contact information as listed below.
