Pawnshop employees confirmed that Neil Camacho came into the pawnshop to pawn the rings in October.

On Aug. 11, 2020, police interviewed Neil Camacho, who admitted to stealing the two  wedding rings and selling them to the Villaroyal Pawnshop in Oct. 2019.

Camacho was arrested shortly after for the charge of theft and was transported to the Department of Corrections where he was booked and detained.

On Aug. 12, 2020, at about 2:15 p.m., Camacho was served a Rule 5 as he waited for arraignment.
