Football club supporters conduct cleanup

SUPPORTERS of the Tan Holdings Football Club conducted a cleanup activity on Sunday morning at the Gov. Eloy S. Inos Peace Park in Puerto Rico.

Ladyvir Canape said some mothers of the football players as well as Honorary Philippine Consul to the CNMI Glicerio “Eli” Arago  participated in the event.

She said they filled three big bags of trash during the cleanup.

“It is a good fitness activity that, at the same time, is also good to the environment,” she added.

Canape, who is also president of the Saipan Marianas Lions Club, said the Lions on  island are also conducting community cleanup activities every month.
