The game didn’t start out well for the Ayuyu as SIS’ Robbie Schorr and JP Sablan combined for 12 of their team’s 17 points to end the first half with KHS JV behind by 7 points.

But in the second half, Kagman’s Daeus Salas sank two consecutive triples as the rest of his team-mates also shifted gears. Schorr retaliated with triples of his own, but it wasn’t enough to fend off a blistering Ayuyu rally that allowed KHS JV to win by a single point, 28-27.

Against Kagman Varsity, Agape Christian School was more than a match, winning the game convincingly, 22-11.

SIS also played against Mount Carmel School 2, and this time Robbie Schorr was on fire, sinking buckets all throughout the game en route to a 31-14 victory.

As for MHS Varsity, its players’ height, speed, and skills overpowered MHS 3, 32-25.

Scores:

KHS JV 28 – Palmes 15, Cruz 5, D. Pangelinan 4, Masga 2, Salas 2

SIS 27 – Schorr 11, J. Sablan 7, JP Sablan 6, McDonald 3
