500 Sails partners with women’s group on Sirena Project

(Press Release) — 500 Sails is delighted to announce it will be partnering with the Commonwealth Women's Association or CWA to promote the Sirena Project. This project provides free swim classes to women and girls 12 years and older.

Who: Open to women and girls 12 years and older

What: Swim classes — all levels. Beginners are especially encouraged!

Where: Beach at Guma Sakman, Susupe

When: Saturday, 10 a.m.-11 a.m., Feb. 8, 15, 22 and 29 (Classes will be scheduled monthly depending on the tides)

Why: Come on ladies, we work too hard and always take care of others. Let's have some quality time together to take care of our health and have fun!

Bring: Water bottle, towel, and swim clothes (whatever you are comfortable in)

Classes are taught by volunteers, led by Coach Emma, who has had over 1,200 students in her classes in the last three years. She is a kind, funny, and welcoming teacher for all levels, especially beginners.
