(JKPL) — In celebration of Women’s Month, the Joeten-Kiyu Public Library invites our community to a month-long celebration of women’s activities. During Women’s Month, we highlight the contributions of women in history, culture, and contemporary society; we promote, inform, and engage women as stakeholders of government programs and services; we create and facilitate programs to discuss good practices, gaps, challenges, and commitments in pursuing gender and development; and we inspire and empower women and girls to be agents of change.
