More than ever, protecting our community is critical. The decision was very difficult and not taken lightly. Our decision to limit Guam Branch openings to a single one in Hagåtña helps achieve our goal to slow the spread of Covid-19 and still provide needed services.”

He went on to say, “Everyone must make a concerted effort to remain at home to strengthen social distancing and prevent the spread of Covid-19. Only as a community committed to the solidarity of this action can we protect ourselves, each other and our people.”
