THE Truth is our leaders may NEVER be able to fix the CNMI’s economy and other things without the injection of some of “Ambrose’s Economic Ideas,” as Ambrose is an educated and trained Economic Artist & Political Scientist who understands what needs to be done politically & economically for OUR Economic Future to yield the prosperity desired BY the People. Ambrose warned of the Garment Industry demise in 2001, and still no real “industry replacement.” Ambrose has been promoting Economic Ideas that have continued to be ignored until they couldn’t anymore. It’s clear they haven’t Learn-to-Listen to the Teacher who TAUGHT students, “HOW to be GREAT Politicians” and some are now stuck in a barrel of rotten apples! However, Ambrose was the FIRST to speak-out about “saving the Mariana Resort as the last Japanese Hotel under Kan Pacific,” but instead Ralph’s Administration literally gave-it-away to IPI in a scheme to be part of their 2,000 Rooms required in the contract. Now WE the People have missed nearly a decade in Lost Lease Payments and the depreciation of the Resort & Collateral Equipment. But TIME has finally caught up and they are trying to Lease it to E-Land, but will they pursue returning Japanese Tourists??? Then there’s Ambrose’s idea that MPLT should be HELPING the NMD’s getting access to THEIR money that took over a decade just for the simple proper & necessary legislation because it was Ambrose who FIRST started the Good Trouble for Republicans to fix MPLT, which is WHY many-many Locals appreciate Ambrose.
More recently, Ambrose proposed the Good Trouble challenging Republicans to dissolve the Cannabis Commission and dissolving their functions into the Government and dissolving the 15 Republican Casino Commissioners into “one Elected Gaming Commission,” if WE are to downsize government & cut costs. Heck, the CC is still seeking hundreds of thousands they should’ve collected from IPI, as paying people who didn’t collect for us. WE are the FOOLS! So how much TIME will pass for leaders to finally face the REALITY & TRUTH that Ambrose is RIGHT about the CC. WE are also now giving CEDA 2-million when Ambrose already PROVED CEDA is only a “loan institution that didn’t even hire a qualified Economist, just a Bank administrator.” CEDA has NEVER Led in our Economic Development and even justified giving away 22 yrs. of OUR Taxes for an Airlines WE didn’t need only for PROMISES — Horrific Business that TIME will surely expose, for True!
Ambrose also posed the legitimate question to CEDA 2 yrs. ago on “AI being applied to decrease CW dependency” but it may take a DECADE before AIs are promoted — Ambrose’s idea. But I must THANK Speaker Villagomez for his No Vote and the others who avoided this scam of OUR money given to CEDA with No Earmarks for Accountability, just “projects,” as WHAT Economic Projects & Promotions needed to be outlined. Ambrose proposed a “Family Destination with a Theme Park and Steve Jang’s proposal for “Zip Lines around the Island” — Fun & Adventure. Senators & Representatives need to be Active-FOR-Their-People in “seeking out Disney, Six Flags and other Tourism Attraction Investors,” as they don’t have to wait on the Governor to Champion something FOR their People, as MVA is already trying to Change our WWII Tourism Brand! Ambrose also put in the first Draft of the Legalization Bill the Legalization of Hemp Production & Manufacturing for exporting purposes, but it was Ambrose’s Idea, thus TAYA on materializing a Hemp Industry FOR the CNMI & her People. So, how much TIME must elapse before our leaders take advantage of the Law? And I refuse to let voters forget Sugar Dock & the Olympic Diving Platforms & Stands that Ambrose has promoted over two decades and the continued Republican poli-tricking to get the Dock Fixed, just-to-get votes-to-SIT, a Republican failure that TIME has yet to fix.
There are also other ideas that Ambrose has supported like the “Amelia Earhart Monument that is a no brainer given the World-Branded Notoriety in Ms. Earhart, especially when the CNMI doesn’t have to spend a penny” just provide a location. This is just another example of why WE can’t expand our Tourism Industry base by doing SIMPLE things for OURSELVES! But like other Ambrose ideas, Time & Reality will eventually set-in again as a Monument for Ms. Earhart is just a matter of TIME before an Elected Official wakes up to reality and Champion the Issue FOR the CNMI, like former Senator Mendiola has done to rectify the MPLT & NMD’s issue that is as old as the Commonwealth. However, what gives me fulfillment & vindication is I KNOW many People appreciate Ambrose as they KNOW the CNMI would’ve been much better off with “Ambrose’s Economics” and that Time & History will tell a much different story about Ambrose & His TRUTHS than the critics who won’t even be mentioned. The sad FACT is WE, the CNMI, could’ve accomplished all these Economic Improvements & more on our own, but it meant revealing Ambrose was Right. However, arrogance & even bigotry is clearly in the way of CNMI Economic Progress. Heck, they won’t even listen to the MV’s Knowledgeable-Editor’s suggestions and I must acknowledge & THANK Zaldy for his GREAT Editorials on OUR Economy. However, Time is & has always been on My Side because No One can destroy the Immortal TRUTH, as the Truth & Right Things I’ve shared will surely stand the test of Time & Human Morality.
