POOR CNMI, it is no secret the Republicans require “loyalty above all with no exceptions” but the difference with Democrats is they require “loyalty above all EXCEPT for Honor,” as it is truly crossing the line when one becomes “unprofessional, dishonest, untruthful, and in denial of the facts for the sake of the Party or anyone.” I KNEW when the AD team reached out to meet with the Democrats and when Arnold supported Corina that they had begun their attack to take down the Party. There was no rational reason for them to meet with Democrats other than to “set the Party up for chaos and destruction from within” and they are still busy working to destroy the Party, instead of promoting their MERITS, which is a blank sheet — for REAL. The uninformed and disrespectful departure of Rep. Corina Magofna to join the AD team is just a reminder of the skullduggery of these Republicans. Given there was no real reason for her to leave the Democrat Party one can only assume “they-got-to-her,” which is what the Republicans have been doing EVER-SINCE! Every election the Democrat Party has experienced for the lack of a better word “TRAITORS without Honor” as candidates and as members of the Party. Don’t forget how they got to the family of the Democrat Candidate for Governor on Rota to get him to resign and I’m sure the AD Team got to Corina’s husband or family to sway her to change Parties after less than a year in office — a PATHETIC MOVE for a neophyte (beginner) politician. People are saying to me “what’s wrong with her and Senator Jude, she just got in office.” But it tells me she was just Poli-tricking the Democrats to win and now her true colors of being a WEAK Politician who can easily be swayed are coming through. I’m sure she just made her chance to win again a lot WORSE!
The facts surrounding this world-wind change of heart that actually had me pacing the floor and lost for words when I first saw the picture on the front page, especially being a member of the Executive Committee. She didn’t even have the “professionalism & courtesy nor respect” to even inform the Party of her change of heart or maybe it was a change of “thoughts without any honor nor regards or respect for those who worked hard to get her elected.” SHAME on YOU Rep. Corina, you just made your own name BAD! I wouldn’t elect her to be a “dog-catcher” now as there is no telling WHAT she might do to the dogs. She is very smart and even seems to be on the right-side of Justice but so is the Lt. Governor she is now following. But for me, the Lt. Governor has become nothing but a “CON-Artist” trying to act dignified and using “blindness & ignorance” for an excuse — a PATHETIC reality! Rep. Corina didn’t even bother to say Thank-you to the Party nor to all those people who worked their butts off for her but it’s to be expected of Republicans as they use you and discard you when they are through, like the Governor used me with Legalization. She lost ALL the Honor she had gained and its obvious WHY the Senate President is sending notices to her — a Trial FIXED to ACQUIT!
How can she stand with the Lt. Governor after Impeaching the Governor when he “looked the other way and signed documents aiding the Governor breaking our laws” — RICO for him too! While she had a right, but what Rep. Corina has just done is something many voters will not let go unpunished politically as it was a slap in the face. As one can see, the battle between what is clearly “good v evil” heating up it is still full of setbacks and battles lost. But its who wins the WAR for OUR “Laws, Morals & Values OF the People” that will count in the end. We must remember that WE created this Republican Monster and it is still very much alive devouring and manipulating as we can see with the dis-honorable act of Rep. Corina. The AD Team is working diligently behind the scenes to get family leaders to help them circumvent the Democrats and I can see it. They have targeted certain families and their game plan is working as WE can see, which is why Voters need to vote like their lives depend on it because “the quality of life is on the ballot, especially for Retirees and the poor”. If you are an objective voter witnessing this fiasco then you know if the Lt. Governor was truly serious about TRUST, he would have SAID SOMETHING, to MAINTAIN TRUST instead of putting the blame on Cabinet Members accepting their rational for what he KNEW was illegal activities — what an actor, he deserves an Oscar-trick! How can Rep. Corina follow one of the very people who “Protected & Served the Governor” she just helped to Impeach — it’s truly KADUKU!!!
Mr. Blind-eyed Lt. Governor claims to “rebuild trust,” well most of us with common sense are asking what happened to “MAINTAINING TRUST” when he was watching the Governor break OUR Laws! People with common sense know that if he had performed his fiduciary duty to our Laws & the People and spoke-up & out he wouldn’t need to “Rebuild Trust” and stoop to the underhanded Poli-tricking and STEALING Candidates to stay in POWER! He ain’t no better than the Governor and for those supporting Apatang, don’t forget it will be Blind-eyed Arnold calling the shots, not Apatang, so don’t let them Poli-trick YOU and don’t Poli-trick yourself as it can happen! A vote for Apatang is still a vote for Poli-tricking to continue, which is why Rep. Corina is going to be on “defense” the rest of this election when she had an easy path as a Democrat — kaduku!
She doesn’t have any real Honor anymore nor respect for her WORD given what she just did to the Democrat Party and she’s a LIER TOO! I don’t know what they offered her or said but it must be a new strain of whatever incantation the Governor used on some Republicans in the House and all of them in the Senate — it’s a Republican thing though for TRUE. I can understand Republicans like Joel, John Paul and other Republicans joining AD, as they have no other choice. But to see Rep. Corina do this after just getting in office tells me she just poli-tricked the Democrat Party for her Personal Intentions! I’m sure most readers with common sense and morals will agree the respectful and professional way to leave the Party was with a formal letter explaining her reasons. I even through giving him the Honor of Lt. Governor now as Arnold wasn’t dignified and respectful about using this lady like the center-piece of their group — some Photo-op that’s going to BACK-FIRE!
The Democrats are only “half-way” to being in a real position to restoring honest and accountable government but the Republican Senators are blocking the way for everything including the Retirees getting the bonus ALL for this Governor who has one-foot already in a jail cell. I beg to ask voters to research the RICO statue and the number of people at the top who got away free — you won’t find any that’s why the Law was created to STOP Organized Crime. The Governor’s Lawyers are now saying the House violated the Laws but where were they when the Impeachment was taking place to fix anything they thought was illegal, as that’s what WE the People are paying their salaries for — “the quest for TRUTH & JUSTICE.” So who will voters believe is the bottom line, the House who only presented FACTUAL Evidence of Crimes or the Governor and his Lawyers who claim the Governor did nothing wrong and the House violated the laws. This is why I keep referring to the fact that these Republicans actually think the majority of voters in the CNMI are STUPID as they will “DO and SAY anything” right in our faces like it’s OK. Rep. Corina just figuratively awakened a sleeping giant if she thinks it’s OK for her to disrespect and dump the Democrat Party as they will surely be fighting to make SURE she loses all the Democrat votes she got. It’s not telling what AD is going to do next and for their an encore, as they have no demarcation lines of Honor. Open minded objective & fair voters need to send the message LOUD & CLEAR that they have seen and heard ENOUGH of the Poli-tricks and these Poli-tricking Republicans with their “Deflecting, Gaslighting and now the Corina DRAMA Show!
